I helped Daddy fix the home server today! It was SOOOOO fun! I helped him replace the Mommy-board (Daddy said it is called a motherboard, but I like calling it a Mommy-board better!) The only part Daddy didn't let me help with was cleaning the CPU, he said I am too little to use the stinky cleaning solution and thermal paste. Then we had to put all the old parts back in, we started with the fan, then the memory, then a whole bunch of hard drives! Daddy says we need lots and lots of hard drives to store all the videos and pictures that Mommy takes. (I think Daddy is fibbing and just uses that as an excuse to upgrade his computers *giggle*) There were lots of cables to plug in ... I wanted to make sure they were all in the right place so I unplugged some of the cables that I thought might be wrong! (Turns out they were in the right place after all! *giggle*)

After we got everything put back together we moved the computer back to the basement and plugged it in and it worked! What an adventure!

I went to see Dr. Killian for my 1 year checkup on Monday 12/10.  He's really nice.  He actually talks to me and gets me to smile.  Sometimes he even tickles me.  Hee hee.  I heard him tell Mommy and Daddy that I can have any foods.  There are no restrictions.  The only thing he said to watch for is choking hazards now.  I don't want to choke.  That's scary.

Since Dr. Killian said I could eat anything now...Mommy fixed me some scrambled eggs on Tuesday, 12/11.  They were pretty good.  I think I'll have them again sometime.

I wonder what the next new food is going to be.

Oh me oh my! So much to say! Saturday, the 8th was my birthday! It was Grandma Nancy's birthday too! Mommy, Daddy and I spent the day together, then we saw Grandpa Dennis, Uncle Chris, Aunt Amy, cousins Mathew and Nicholas AND GRANDMA NANCY! I don't know how they got there, but they were all in Daddy's computer. It was so much fun! I can't wait to see them again.

Then yesterday we had my 1st birthday party! There were lots of people that made it! So exciting! Mommy and I made butter cookies the day before along with different colored icing...so the kids that came to the party had a special table all for them so that they could decorate their own cookies! They had so much fun and decorated tons of cookies! Some of them put sprinkles on them and others put M&M's, while others just used the icing. I wanted to help..........eat them that is. I had spinach phyllo rolls for the first time. They weren't bad, but they weren't good either. I had meatballs, which were really good, cheese, yummy! and finally........I HAD CAKE!!! Mmmm! Yummy! Everyone kept waiting for me to dig in. I did, but I just didn't make too much of a mess. I'm a dainty little girl and I'm very efficient. I don't like to waste anything, especially CAKE!! I think my favorite part was the icing, but the cake part was really good too.

I got lots of toys and stuff too! I got a purple Stitch and purple Tigger stuffed animals and pink pajamas with butterflies and flowers, some maracas that make lots of noise, touch and feel puzzle pieces and some Robeez boots! I also got a Tiger slam dunk toy, vacuum cleaner, Little People Building Set, Art pad and baby safe crayons, pajamas, Hello Kitty outfit with socks and hair clips and some really CUTE Shoes!! I also got lots of BOOKS!! This one book was all about me!  I'm the princess of all kinds of fairies!  It's really neat, my whole name in throughout the book.  I can't believe it!  And finally I received a few donations to my college education fund!! I'm going to be one smart girl...well, Mommy says I already am, but even more intelligent after I go to college.

Thank you to everyone for all of my gifts, but thank you even more for spending time with me, whether here in person, on the phone or even in the computer! I love you all!
